Appellate Matters

The attorneys at King, Blackwell, Downs & Zehnder, P.A. are very proud of our successful record on appeal in both state and federal courts. We handle any appeals arising from our own cases, as well as significant appellate matters received on a referral basis from other attorneys and law firms. We are often retained to handle high-stakes, complicated appeals. Recently, we were hired as appellate counsel by a defendant who had lost at trial and was facing an $18 million judgment. We were successful in having not only the entire judgment reversed, but by having judgment entered in favor of the defendant.
